If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United States Postal Service (USPS). You will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be emailed to you (Return merchandise after 14 days of receipt of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee ).
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, preferably USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. We will not replace items that are damaged due to no fault of 5X3 (i.e. items damaged, lost in transit, etc). If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, 5X3 Fishing will reimburse the return shipping charges.
